  • No, all of our servers are delivered on 10GE / 20GE unshared ports unless specified otherwise. The only exception is the Prague special offer, where servers have 1GE or 2GE ports.

  • You get 1 IPv4 address with every server for free. In case you need more IPv4 addresses, please contact our sales team. IPv6 addresses are free of charge.

  • Yes, of course. We provide servers with unshared 10 Gbps ports only for you.

  • Yes, we have been continuously building our own DDoS protection environment with real-time toxic traffic detection and filtering. If you’re interested in implementing the protection please contact us.

  • Definitely. Thanks to the unshared 10 Gbps ports our servers are perfect for streaming.

  • Yes, go ahead and try it - DataPacket speed test. Please be aware that the speed test can be limited by your local internet speed.

  • Yes, we do. We arrange it individually upon request.

  • Yes, traffic between servers within the same DC is free of charge. We can set up an internal network with 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps bandwidth.

  • Dedicated server means it's only for you and you are not sharing it with any other clients as is the case of shared servers or VPS. All of our servers are unmanaged so you get full admin access to manage a server by yourself.

  • Yes. Feel free to try one week trial of 10 Gbps unmetered plan for $99 only. With a trial comes no further commitment.

  • At the end of your trial period, you will be contacted by our sales team and you can choose whether you want to continue with a monthly plan or not. You can also choose any other server to continue with.

  • We provide the initial setup free of charge based on your needs. If you need any help afterwards with other configurations, please raise a support ticket through your client's portal and we will do our best to help you. The request for reinstalling the OS is for an extra charge.

  • You can use your IPMI/KVM access to reboot it. If you are not sure how to do that, feel free to raise a support ticket through the client portal and our technicians will gladly assist you. You can also reboot your server in your client portal.

  • You will receive access to our client portal where you will be able to monitor your traffic in real-time.

  • Yes, you can connect on any service you want.

  • You can pay via PayPal, credit card or wire transfer in USD, EUR or GBP.

  • You can upgrade your plan anytime within a few minutes. Downgrade is possible from the next billing period.

  • No. The first installation is free of charge and there are no additional setup fees either.

  • For traffic plans (100TB, 300TB or any similar) we charge $4 for each 1TB used above your plan. With unmetered plans, there are no limits for data transferred.

  • No. Our plans are paid on monthly basis without any further commitments. You can sign a half year or year contract with us, which (usually) comes with a discount.

  • You can choose from Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS), VMware ESXi or any other software upon your needs. We can install the OS for you free of charge or you can do it by yourself via IPMI.

  • Your server will usually be ready within 8 hours after your payment.

  • Since you have full access you can reinstall the OS by yourself or our technicians can assist you for an extra charge.
